Haiti Lives! is a simple
consortium of Haitians who
want to make it simpler for you to help the land of our fathers.
We pulled together in order to answer the beautiful outpouring of
concern from our friends from the USA and beyond. We thank every
one of you for taking the time to ask how we are doing or to inquire
how you can help.
The organizations listed on our site represent what we think to be the
best places to invest your contribution of funds. Many
organizations exist. The ones listed here are known to be
effective, knowledgeable, and caring. And they are already
mobilized. They are already engaged in Haiti and have a working
understanding of the local, national, and international challenges and
solutions.
We at Haiti Lives! are not at this time a 501(c)(3) non profit.
Please do not
write checks payable to us. Rather, please use the Home link
above to chose your method of donation.

A note about the flag below:
This flag was photographed at Ground Zero in New York City after the
terrorist crime against humanity a few years ago. Immigrants from
all over the world came to the site to offer their condolences,
prayers, best wishes, and solidarity with the people of the United
States. When I saw this large Haitian flag which was hung and
signed with supportive words, I was moved to photograph it. Now,
we call upon our human brothers and sisters to give whatever they can
to help our Haitian neighbors.
